I used to think that fitness was all about looking like those Instagram-famous models we are all guilty of following once and a while, but it’s not. Being fit is more than just appearance – it’s feeling good about yourself and being healthy. Looking hot is just a plus!
Easier said than done, right? That is probably why so many of us have attempted the fad juicing diets and bought those 30-day exercise program videos (guilty). I created this blog for the sole purpose of sharing my fitness journey and learning from others.
